Normally they get something wrong. Like today I had a free burger coupon and I ordered a tator tot. Set at the window probably 10 mins. They said someone had to go to the store. So I kept my coupon and they gave me other coupons. Can I ever go to this sonic in Cordell and get something right
Cheeseburger was not very good, it was all smashed and not warm,the meat was cooked so much it was like biting into a board and half the bun was soggy, the Tator tots we probably cooked hours ago and were all stuck together and NOT half way crispy, Definitely not the Sonic food we use to get from any Sonic years ago, I say that because I haven't eaten at sonic for 3 years for the very reason I won't go back again for quite awhile again, I was hoping after several years of not going after getting not very good food, it would have changed for the better, again clearly not the case, Today was a fine reminder why my family doesn't eat at Sonic
How in the world do they serve old, cold food in the middle of the dinner hour? Not sure, but they manage to quite often. LOUSY service! Takes forever, and the order is usually missing something. At this Sonic, remember what Leo Getz says in Lethal Weapon II, " they f*#* you in the drive through"!

Waited 30 minutes for 3 corndog and 2 drinks. Service is usually slow but this was bad. 4 cars on this side left without receiving food. Seriously should consider overstaffing for lunch and dinner. This is normal experience for here. Was told 6 minutes ago it was on its way out, no sign of it. Finally came after 11 minutes.
