Gave more than expected on trade-in and was fair on prices of new vehicle. Salesman are down to earth and honest in my opinion. I have bought from Brown Ford at least 4 new vehicle's after searching other dealers. They are the best in my book. Son even buys from them as they have great prices and trade-in values.
My husband was rear ended in Dallas, and so the search for a new vehicle ensued. We had been looking at trucks for about a week and a half and had dealt with many dealerships that just tried to "wheel and deal" us. From the moment I called and spoke with Tom, you could hear the genuineness in his tone and the way he spoke with me. They made us an offer we couldn't refuse and drove up from Dallas to check out the truck that day. They went above and beyond in fixing a few things that were wrong with the truck and were completely transparent about the vehicle. The owner and his wife drove the truck to my husband who was at a conference in OKC the following weekend after the repairs were completed and even paid for parking in bricktown! They made this process so easy and have been such a blessing after the headache of dealing with the wreck and insurance. We would definitely recommend Brown Ford and would buy from them again in a heartbeat.
